Bob Wing charges his production Ford Ranger EV truck at It's Electric in San Rafael in the late 1990s. Bob demonstrated the use of a special adapter box (in front of tire) to adapt the Ranger's Avcon charging port to a standard NEMA 14-50 240V outlet in the panel at left.
